Our trip was a last minute decision and I did not want a hotel/condo. I didn’t even have a destination other than east coast! This was perfect! Not a massive amount of tourist, privacy, it was great! The owner was easy to contact and very responsive. Could not have asked for more!

Great location and minimal people on beach. We enjoyed the bar grill that is two doors down. The cloudy weather prevented us from seeing a launch, but a great location to watch one. Overall, we really enjoyed the beach house. It is a nice no frills beach house with an awesome view. I recommend it!

Oceanfront with a huge deck running the length of the home right on the ocean. The property supports two houses- both broken up into multiple apartment units. We had the top floor of our house but another family was booked below us so not a private home. There was also an adjacent multi-family building on the same property with shared common areas/beach access that was packed with renters. This is more like an apartment complex than a private home since the grounds were shared with all the other renters (other than the dedicated oceanfront deck which only we had access to). The driveway was always filled with cars so it was difficult at times to turn around and drive out. The owners were very responsive and made sure when we arrived late in the evening that the lights were on- they were very welcoming and check in to make sure we were all set. The beds were very uncomfortable so that was unfortunate for a one week stay. The surfaces were clean but if you moved any furniture or looked behind anything there was significant dirt buildup so I imagine the cleaners don’t move anything when they clean. Nice, new kitchen was good for making meals. Also, the house could use more indoor seating area/comfortable chairs. Fortunately we had nice weather the whole week but if it had rained I would not have been able to stay in this house- it just isn’t very comfortable inside despite amazing views from almost every room and a location that can’t be beat.
