Newly renovated farm house on 44 acres in the town of New Paltz. Well-appointed kitchen and separate dining area. Colorful room palette and overstuffed furniture. Stroll through thick woods and open meadows and encounter Buddha and Goddess statues and ready-made sculptures. just minutes from SUNY New Paltz, and the Shawangunk Ridge. Dia Beacon, Storm King Art Center and Woodstock are a short drive away . Hunter and Windham Mountains less than an hour.

The house was beautifully decorated and cozy!! Loved the view and the walk around the pond! Loved how close it was to the town and university. Loved the fresh eggs! A great place to stay! Would definitely stay again!

A nice cozy little place to stay. The house has two porches and a great view from the back porch. The host has a few chickens, he even offered us some fresh eggs! It was reasonably priced but a little hard to get to from the festival we were attending on the other side of the river. It worked fine though.

What a lovely space! We had a great time - Ray’s place is perfect and just as described. It was very well appointed and was the perfect mix of feeling like a country retreat but being just minutes away from town. 10/10 would stay again

We had a wonderful five days in New Paltz! The accommodations were marvelous, and Ray was a perfect host: friendly and available as needed. We especially enjoyed sitting on the covered back porch overlooking the pond. Ray and his space are highly recommended. Thanks!
