We loved this little house for a girls reunion weekend.
Easy to find, with plenty of parking. This house is a very short drive away from New Paltz.
The decor is modern and stylish, beds are comfortable, kitchen well equipped.
We spent hours chatting on the comfy couches and enjoyed our stay.
The host was responsive and helpful when we had a couple of questions about dish towels and WiFi.
Earplugs recommended for those sleeping at the front of the house who aren't used to traffic. It's on a main road.
We would recommend to the hosts that they leave a binder at the house with clear details about the heating and lighting controls. There were remote controls in each room plus wall dials that just had us confused!

Proximity to local attractions. Spacious for size of house. House was well stocked with essentials.
Wish there was two bathrooms- little hard with 8 people and one bathroom. Disappointed no fuseball table as in picture. Wish there was a Microwave-we used kitchen throughout stay and could have used one for leftovers. Rooms were comfortable although no doors on two rooms upstairs. It worked for the kids though!
