Park your car in the designated free parking space and never move it again! Walk to everything (beach/boardwalk, restaurants, attractions, spa's, library, nightlife, and shopping). This condo is located in-town 1 block from Rehoboth Avenue. 50 yards from beach & boardwalk. 3 night minimum stay.
This remodeled studio has been totally sound proofed ! Porcelain tile floors throughout. Condo has full kitchen and queen size Murphy bed with Tempur-Pedic mattress. The bathroom has a porcelain tile floor with a glass tiled shower. Comforters and pillows provided. Guests must bring bed & bath linens & toiletries.

We have been to Rehobeth many times and always rent from owners. We wanted a few days get away and have fun. I booked this one for location and walking distance to the beach based on the description and pictures.Pros- Location is great, studio space is sufficient, it was very clean and renovated, roll of paper towels and 3 garbage bags provided, owner replaced non-working 2-cup coffee maker with bigger working one the same day I let her know, walkability to all shops and restaurant Cons- porch is next to restaurant dumpsters (terrible smell/flies when sitting outside), parking lot is incredibly tight, amenities were scarce (no butter knives, spatula, sugar packs, etc. that most others owners provide) bed mattress, listing is misleading regarding proximity to the beach- 50 steps is more like 100 yardsOverall- priced high for what you get
