ocean, you’re just steps from the sand, morning coffee walks, boardwalk treats, and summer
nights by the water.
This accessible 1-bedroom, 1-bath condo was thoughtfully designed with wide pathways and an
open-concept layout, making it a comfortable option for guests using a wheelchair or mobility
scooter. Direct lobby access makes arrival and unloading simple and convenient.
Inside, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen, a separate bedroom with a queen-size bed and new
mattress, and a cozy living area with a queen sleeper sofa and dining space perfect for relaxing
after a beach day.
While the unit does not have a balcony, the large ocean-facing windows bring in beautiful
natural light and offer front-row views of the boardwalk and beach activity throughout the day.
Additional features include:
• Two wall-mounted flat-screen TVs
• Free Wi-Fi
• CD player and music system
• Shared coin-operated laundry facilities onsite
• Community pool located on the first floor
One of the best parts of staying here? Once you arrive, you can park and walk almost
everywhere. Restaurants, shops, Funland, ice cream, coffee, and the beach are all right outside

Beach access is located directly adjacent to the building, and the City of Rehoboth Beach offers
complimentary beach wheelchairs for guest use (subject to city availability).
Parking is available in the garage off Brooklyn Street or in the parking lot off Laurel Street.

Very clean and comfortable. Wonderfully located right on the beach and within walking distance to our favorite restaurants. Bike storage is in the garage; there is a pool but we did not use it. Would definitely stay here again, especially in the off season. Because this unit is located off of the lobby, it can be noisy but we weren't too bothered. Thanks!

Overall, the place was good. The boardwalk is right out the front door. Only complaint is that there is a door in the bedroom that goes to the lobby/rear entrance of building. It would be less noisy in the bedroom if that door was blocked off or closed up.
