About this house rental
Brand new barn home located at the end of a dead-end street, 10 minute walking distance (0.5 mile) to Hunter Mountain main lodge.
Provides sleeping for 4 and on-site parking for 4 cars located on a flat area next to the barn.
Mud room area with closet space and sitting conveniently located at the entrance downstairs near the bathroom, useful both in summer and winter months.
New country style bathroom with ceramic tiles on walls and floor, glass shower door, shelves near shower area. Towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hairdryer provided for your convenience.
Bedroom and living room/kitchen are located upstairs.
Bedroom is furnished with a queen size bed (sheets included), dresser, night stand and closet space.
Living area consisting of living room and kitchen.
Kitchen is furnished with new set of cabinets and fully equipped with new refrigerator, microwave oven and electric cook top. Toaster, coffee maker, pots and pans, plates, glasses, utensils and spices are also included.
Table with chairs and stools provide sufficient sitting for tenants and guests.
Living room has a click-clack sofa to sleep 2, coffee table, flat screen TV with cable and wireless Internet.

Very cute apartment on a dead end street. The owners are both lovely and welcoming. The yard was perfect for walking our 2 dogs, plus there was a wonderful park around the corner that we could use longer leashes to let the dogs run around for a bit. Would definitely go back!

This barn 1 bedroom unit was just as described in the VRBO listing. The property is beautiful including a stream onsite where we caught a nice brown trout. The property is very close to many shops and the Hunter Mountain ski lodge where they held an Oktoberfest which was a lot of fun. The owners were very responsive to our requests. I would highly recommend this property. We are looking forward to staying here again. Thank you!
