It is super clean, the shower is great, strong and hot. Super quiet location, not too humid, kitchen well equiped (proper Italian home!) good location. Great closet space. it's definetly on top of our list in Venice.
Duvet is a bit small (we are two petite person but not big enough to comfortably cover both of us). Wishing there is a TV for the nighttime to unwind. There was a centerpe (the insect, not sure how to spell) crawled out from the kitchen and we captured it. I guess it's Venice it's normal to have little friends.

Posizione tranquillissima lontana dal caos delle zone frequentate. Accesso rapidissimo a Murano, Burano, Torcello e Lido. Tutte le più famose attrazioni sono facilmente raggiungibili con i mezzi pubblici grazie all'imbarcadero a pochi metri. La vicinanza dell'ospedale é una garanzia per chi come noi non é più nel fiore degli anni.
Serve un forno a microonde ed i piani di cottura a gas sono ormai più pericolosi che utili, meglio un piano ad induzione ormai diffusissimo tra gli affitti brevi. La presenza di un apparecchio Tv non sarebbe sgradita, almeno per noi italiani.

Je n’ai pas aimé le bruit des travaux de l’appartement du dessus le matin. J’ai regretté qu’il n’y ait rien pour réchauffer un plat, pas de four ou micro onde. Donc pas de possibilité d’acheter un plat ou une pizza et la faire réchauffer à domicile. De même que la fourniture d’une bouilloire serait un plus.
