Convenient for a family, but I think is a bit overpriced

The apartment is conveniently located and has a good equipment generally. It needs a little refurbishing, but it is not a significant problem. The neighboring streets offer free parking (if you find a spot)

Need to remove the smell in the corridor. Also they required a 500 euro deposit.

A great spot for a weekend with friends. Apartment was perfect for our needs.

Excellent location in a quiet street, just a short walk from the beach. Very close to town centre. Great communication from the owner prior to arrival and check-in/out was very smooth.

Excellent location, a spacious and well-equipped apartment and a very friendly host. Easy check in and check out. We had a pleasant time.

Only a few minor things, like some lightbulbs needed replacing. The wardrobe in the front-facing bedroom needs replacing and smelled a bit mouldy - perhaps there is a leak behind, from the shower.

Schöne Lage. Gut für Familien mit zwei Kindern. Sauber und gut ausgestattet :). Sehr nette Vermieter. Wenn man früh die Fenster öffnet, kann man die Möwen und das Meer hören.

La publicité de ce logement est mensongère Le numéro du logement n’était pas affiché sur une petite maison qui était en face de l’hôtel barrière le royal alors que le logement se fait appeler hôtel barrière. Nous avons effectivement été à l’hôtel barrière car aucune indication sur cette petite maison de l’autre côté de la rue. J’avais demandé l’annulation de ma réservation dès le lendemain de celle ci et elle n’a pas été annulé. Le logement ne correspond pas à la publicité et ne vaut absolument pas le prix demandé. Nous avons effectué des photos et allons demandé le remboursement au moins de la moitié de notre réservation. Et par ailleurs il n’y avait pas non plus de piscine. Le ventilateur était cassé aucune vis fixe nous avons dû le faire nous même. Le canapé est dans un mauvais état et ne permet aucune bonne assise à plus forte raison le couchage.

Tout dans cet appartement est inadapté à la location il n’y a pas même pas de wifi et on est à Deauville. Il faut refaire l’appartement et mettre du matériel et mobilier adapté et en bon état de marche.

Le bruit dans l’immeuble , bien que les gens n’étaient pas bruyants, nous entendions toutes les conversations. Et il est surprenant de n’avoir qu’un verre à pied pour 2 chambres !!
