It was in the perfect location for my needs.
The house, while lovely, smelled of food. It almost seemed like it needed to be aired out, or better ventilation was needed in the kitchen, to prevent the whole place from having an unpleasant smell. Also, I was given very little by way of instruction upon arrival - how to use the TV, there didn't seem to be an aircon remote in my room etc. In this vein, I was given a bottle of water with no glass and milk, but had no fridge and was not informed if I could or couldn't use the kitchen in any way. Finally, the room felt clean, but I did come across a pile of nail clippings on the floor, which wasn't ideal.
