About this apartment rental
Enjoy modern mountain living in this beautifully remodeled 1-bedroom condominium, perfectly located in the heart of Vail Village. This one bedroom two bath suite features living space with a queen murphy bed; one king bed; full kitchen with granite; in unit washer and dryer. Ski all day and return to the condo and relive the EPIC day in Vail. This residence does not have air conditioning.
Villa Cortina Condos are located right in the Village, across the street from the Sonnenalp Hotel, just a short 5 minute walk to Vail Village and Gondola One, and all of the Village's amenities. There is an outdoor heated pool and hot tub; free WIFI; free uncovered parking for one vehicle. For stays of 1,2,3,4,5 nights a checkout cleaning fee will be added to the cost of any reservation. If you stay 6 nights or more, the checkout clean is waived.
Property Manager will send a separate invoice for Room and Tax to be filled out and sent to them.

Cancellations made more than 60 days prior to check-in; all payments are 100% refundable.
Cancellations less than 60 days prior to check-in are non-refundable.
PAYMENT DUE DATE failure to make payment by payment due date will result in cancellation of reservation and full forfeiture of all payments.

Very clean and well stocked. Hot tub stopped working for a few days. Management did repair it. Tv in bedroom stopped working on last day.

This was a great location that’s an easy walk to everything in Vail village. Plus, the in town bus stops just across the corner, so it’s easy to take that to the Gondola One stop while wearing ski boots or to everything else Vail has to offer.
