About this house rental
Options for Summer 2026 rentals will open in November 2025. As of now, (Sept) we have no openings.
We are a DOG FRIENDLY rental home with some simple stipulations (leash walking, clean up, shots,) for your dog.
This rental is great for families with children and grandparents. One of the master bedrooms is on the first floor if you don't want to climb the stairs. Three of the four bedrooms have private sinks and toilets. There's a large outside shower that guests love. An enclosed sunporch to read the paper in quiet relaxation.
The kids can be by themselves playing games or watching their shows in play area upstairs. The rooms are spread out and large enough to accommodate many in your group, giving all their 'own space' as needed.
You can walk to the beach or just one block to the 74th Street playground. Great for young ones!
Teenagers can walk to the recreation courts on 80th street or the 20 blocks to Stone Harbor shopping. Adults can take classes at the recreation center just 5 blocks away.
Our beach is wide, beautiful and quiet, just a one and a half block walk.
So, bring the grandparents, the kids and the dog to have fun in the sun and play at the Jersey shore!

Hardwood flooring throughout the home. Updated kitchen with quartz counters, glass backsplash, updated cabinets and all new appliances in 2015, including washer and dryer.
Two refrigerators.
New mattress covers and new pillows in all bedrooms.
New smart TV's, cable and wireless internet system. Large bedrooms and spaces to spread out, including 2 upper decks and patio outside with dining area. Private baths in 3 of 4 bedrooms.
Central AC and ceiling fans throughout.
Plenty of parking - 4-6 on property plus easy street parking.

Joan is a wonderful host! The home is in a
great location, 2 blocks to a uncrowded beach, walkable to 80th street recreation area and a small children's park only a block away. Bud's Market was walkable too! Rarely used our cars! Her home has 2 nice size first level bedrooms with 2 full bathrooms and a quiet sunporch for early risers.
We also really appreciated the well stocked first level kitchen connection to the back deck, as we spent a lot of time outside.
Awesome location with a terrific host.

We had a wonderful time at this home—it is very well located and has everything you would need for a fun time at the beach. We enjoyed all the different outdoor sitting areas and being able to bring our dog with us was just so special! Thanks so much, Joan!

Love this house, very clean and nicely furnished, especially the outdoor side patio. Excellent for entertaining groups due to large tables outside. Main living area on first floor convenient...newly renovated kitchen is very nice, lots of amenities which include cooking appliances, wine glasses, grilling tools, cooking utensils (I love to cook & bake). Short walk to beach by beautiful flowered yards.
