Other exciting places such as Sea World, ICON Park, Pointe Orlando, Eye Wheel, Top Golf, and Andretti Racing are very close-by, Also, Disney and other Universal theme parks are just a short drive away.
A multi-level unit with its own driveway and garage and nearly 1800 square feet of living space, it includes three bedrooms with a king size bedroom on the lower level and both a king size and twin bedroom on the third level. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, and each bed has a premium luxury mattress that provides the perfect retreat after a long day at the convention center or amusement park. In addition, there is a great room and full kitchen on the second level. The kitchen has a new granite countertop with a 16 gauge stainless steel sink, new stainless-steel appliances and Cuisinart cookware set. All rooms are well appointed including extra pillows, blankets and towels. A large flat screen smart tv, with premier subscription cable tv, is in each of the bedrooms and the great room. There is also free lightning high speed internet service with a wireless router. Ceiling fans are in the great room and each bedroom for use as an alternative or complement to the properties' quiet operating HVAC system. The property also has its own driveway and garage.

The location is perfect for the Convention Center, the airport, and the Theme Parks. Larry is very responsive - very easy to check in and out.

Great place. Would stay here again! Owner checked in on us and even got us a new toaster and coffee pot right away after finding out they weren’t working!

We hadd 6 ladies stay here for a conference. The beds were comfortable & we loved having 3.5 baths. However, this condo was not clean when we arrived. We arrived at 5:30, and we were told check in could be anytime after 4. There were 2 cleaning ladies there and one was eating when we arrived. We had to wait 15-20 minutes for them to finish. There were pieces of toilet paper on the carpet, a clump of hair in one of the bedrooms and hair on one of the toilet seats. One bathroom's toilet paper was wet on one side and the bathtubs looked like they had not been clean. There was smudged toothpaste in some of the bathroom sinks and the faucets looked dirty. There was a wet washcloth left in one of the bathtubs. I called Larry and he came himself to clean it which was very nice. A small credit or refund would have been nice for our inconvenience having to wait before we could check in. We had driven all day to get there and we were really tired. Several ladies commented that bath mats (or floor towel)are needed because the floor is very slippery when getting out of the shower. We had to go downstairs to get enough towels & washcloths. The cleaning ladies should make sure there are ample towels & washcloths in every bathroom for the # of guest coming. There was only 1 in each bathroom and not even a hand towel was in the half bath. There are no teaspoons in the kitchen, no coffee for guests. We had to buy all of that at the store. There isn't even any salt or pepper that we could find. It would be nice to have a few items like these in the kitchen (teaspoons, salt & pepper, some coffee). Details like this go a long way so guests will want to return. Again, Larry did what he could to rectify the situation, (coming to clean the place himself). However, a small refund for us having to wait would have made a better impression. Overall, this condo is spacious and comfortable beds.
