Shower Room: Cubicle Shower, Toilet. Convector heaters (underfloor in kitchen), electricity, bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and fuel for multi-fuel burner included. Highchair available on request. Welcome pack. External utility room with washing machine. Small, enclosed lawned garden with patio and garden furniture. Private parking for 1 car. No smoking. Please note: There are 5 steps in the garden.. A charming, semi-detached holiday cottage, in the pretty village of Baycliff, ideally located to explore the South Lakes. Enjoy superb walking, the Cumbrian Way, and several cycle paths, or visit the Manjushri Buddhist Temple and its wooded grounds and pretty gardens. Ulverston is nearby with a bi-weekly market, as are the beaches of the Furness coast and Coniston with biking, climbing and water sports. Shop 2 miles, pub and restaurant 20 yards.

A cosy comfortable cottage. Plenty of wood for the wood burner. We were provided with everything we needed for our stay. Loved that it was a short walk from the sea and wonderful walks.

Great base for local walks lovely food in the Baycliff pub literally next door. Lovely cottage with a nice garden. Fully equipped kitchen.
Had a great week the Buddhist Temple well worth a visit so is the canal walk at Ulverston. Would definitely come back.

Had a lovely time in jackdaw cottage. Very peaceful. Log burner was great. Will definitely be staying here again.
