About this house rental
Experience the best outdoor recreation town west of the Rockies! Stay within walking distance to all Bend has to offer. We invite you to enjoy our new craftsman home, privately situated between two 100 year old Elm trees. You’ll love the floor plan which has private space for everyone…a place to catch up digitally, watch movies, play a game, or BBQ. Relax on one the balconies, porch, patio, or in the nicely landscaped yard.
The home is a spacious 2350 sq ft three story. The main floor hosts a well equipped two oven kitchen, down draft range, and counter top seating for 3. Additionally, there is a solid teak wood table with comfortable seating for 7 or 8 people. Around the corner is the cozy living room with a gas fireplace and comfy leather furniture, a new 40 inch flat screen with Roku and Wifi throughout the home. Additionally on the main floor there is a laundry room and full bath adjacent to a spacious high ceiling two car garage, for all your toys.
All three bedrooms are located on the upper floor, with two balconies and a windowed inside sitting area. The master bedroom has a King bed, Jacuzzi tub, large walk-in closet , coffee maker, 40 inch flat screen and private covered deck which looks out over Bend’s Westside neighborhood and surrounding trees.
Additionally, there are two more bedrooms with queen beds. One of the queen rooms has its own private sink and vanity. These queen bedrooms share a full bath, sitting area, and a shady balcony to admire the
neighborhood and city skyline from two stories up.
On the lower level there is large screen tv with Roku and Wifi, a large sectional, heated floor and soft carpet. Additionally, in the family room alcove, there are two comfy twin beds.
The yard is private and fenced. There is a nice patio with a stainless steel gas BBQ, chairs and tables and hot tub!

We found the home to be exactly as described. Location was perfect. Accommodation with parking and hot tub was a bonus. Communication with the host was easy and responsive. We loved our stay for a family reunion and look forward to another stay in this very place!

We loved our stay at River West! This is a great house, well decorated, and it feels even larger than it is. Perfect place for our family of four (2 adults and 2 teenagers) to stay a couple of nights and explore Bend. The house is in a great walkable location to Drake Park and surrounding restaurants. We would definitely stay here again if in the area.

This was our third stay here, and again it was great. The house is very comfortable, places to sit and read, work on puzzles or hang out as a family. The kitchen is well-equipped and functional. Beds and bedrooms all make for good sleeping, and each bedroom has easy bathroom access. The bathroom in the main suite includes a deep jacuzzi tub, which our 3 1/2 year old grandson enjoyed. We made good use of the hot tub as well. Overall this is a great place to stay.The hosts are great with communication and very responsive to any issues or requests. They have quick turnaround on messages.The house is close to restaurants, brew pubs, bakeries, coffee shops and an excellent grocery store. There’s a kids playground about a 5 minute walk away, and easy access to walking paths along Mirror Pond and the Deschutes River.We love staying here. Already thinking of a trip next June.I should say that we now come early in the summer because at least one trip in September was very smoky from wildfires. The fire season has been running longer, and the smoke was intense that September. It’s a problem anywhere in the Northwest these days unfortunately.

We had a great star at this property. Host was very communicative and helpful. The house was close to many amenities and the Hot Tub was great! Would stay again in a heartbeat.
