17 Lands End is a 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom vacation rental in Sea Pines located near the South Beach Marina Village with views of the Calibogue Sound and direct beach access. Guests will enjoy the beautiful hardwood flooring throughout the home that almost looks like driftwood, flat panel televisions and the breathtaking views from the Carolina room and outside deck.
The spacious living area on the main level has plenty of comfortable seating with a sofa and two accent chairs. There is a 65” Samsung TV mounted over the fireplace. This room opens up to the screened-in Carolina room facing the Calibogue Sound and has a wicker sofa and two chairs. A door leads out to the spacious deck with breathtaking views and built-in bench seating plus two lounge chairs and an umbrella table that seats four. There is also a Weber gas grill for your outdoor dining.
The fully equipped kitchen has beautiful white granite countertops, stainless steel appliances including a flat top stove and wine fridge and two bar stools at the counter. The adjoining dining room has a table that seats six.
There is a bathroom in the hall to the left with a single vanity and walk-in shower with glass doors. The first of two bedrooms on this level is located in the front of the townhome and has a Queen bed and mounted 43” TV. The second bedroom on this level is the master with a king bed and 43” TV. You have views of the Sound from this room. This bedroom also has a private bathroom with a double granite topped vanity and walk-in shower.
On the second level is the laundry area with full size washer and dryer plus the two remaining bedrooms. The bedroom to the right of the stairs has two twin beds and a 43” TV. The bedroom on the left has a queen bed and 43” TV. Both of these bedrooms share a hall bathroom with a single vanity and a walk-in shower with glass doors.

Great location in less traveled portion of the island. The unit had beautiful view of the sound and space for 5 easily.
But - master bath shower was old and dingy, with broken shower doors
- umbrella on deck was broken and unusable

Upstairs plumbing needs a little attention but basically the house is in great shape and had everything we needed. Decided to go to the Beach Club one day and were shocked to find out that you can't park there and that it costs $10 to park at the golf club (your only parking option).

Great spot with great views, but the place itself is in need of some TLC. A door knob fell off locking someone in a room, master shower door and dishwasher required care in using, a BA room door was difficult to keep closed, etc.... The coffee maker was broken, but after we called, it was replaced with a new one quickly. In it’s current condition, I would give it 3.5 stars.
