The Quaich on the outskirts of Fearnan is an immaculately presented, end-terraced holiday home in an unrivalled setting, with panoramic views over Loch Tay and the surrounding countryside. Relax with friends and family in the upstairs, spacious, contemporary accommodation. This is a lovely, bright space, ideal for relaxing in after active days out - or head out onto the balcony to enjoy watching the world go by. Immerse yourself in this magnificent location, cosy up on the comfortable sofa and relish a little peace and quiet. The well-equipped kitchen area is part of the living space, there is also a toilet upstairs.
Three fabulously presented bedrooms are on the ground floor. The master king size bedroom has loch and mountain views and an en-suite shower room. There are also two twin bedrooms, one with zip and link beds which can be made into a super king size on request, and one with an en-suite shower room. There is a separate bathroom with an over-bath shower and toilet.
Across the road from The Quaich, on the shores of Loch Tay, guests have access to a grassed area and shingle beach, and an added attraction is that the house has fishing rights (in season).
Loch Tay is the largest loch in Perthshire, offering stunning views across its length and breadth. Sailing, canoeing, and boat hire are all available locally, and Highland Safari boat cruises on Loch Tay are available from Kenmore.
For the energetic, there are seven munros within 10 miles, including Ben Lawers (Perthshire’s highest mountain) and Shiehallion. Fearnan sits at one end of the Tummel Forest Park and provides a variety of trails for leisurely walks, mountain biking and pony trekking. For golf lovers there are two courses at Kenmore, and Gleneagles is within driving distance. Glasgow and Edinburgh are within a 2-hour drive.

A remarkable house in a stunning location. The best views across Loch Tay.The property provided everything we needed and was of an incredibly high standard. Spotlessly clean inside and out. Ample parking and within reach of Scotland’s finest countryside locations. We have stayed in Scotland many times and this property exceeded all of our previous expectations.

We cannot recommend this house highly enough - it is in a fabulous location, it is very spacious, bright & comfortable and is kitted out with everything you could ever need (and more)!You could spend all day just watching the views, but the house is also perfectly located to visit so many different places if you want to venture further afield. We will definitely return, and have already recommended The Quaich to our friends!

A modern big house with amazing views of Loch Tay from the dining/sitting room. A great place to access walks and drives around Loch Tay and Glen Lyon. The kitchen was well-equipped, the whole place was nice and clean, and check-in/out was easy. The host was very helpful with any queries I had, replied quite quickly, and took COVID precautions seriously.
