Dogs loved the garden ,which was very secure for them, it was just a shame the area outside the games room wasn't secure due to the gaps under the 5 bar gates. . The cottage was nice and had most things we needed for our stay ,the fridge was a little on the small side . The location was good as Chapel St Leonards and Skegness are not too far away by car.Looking forward to a return visit next year.

Lovely short break with family, very nice and quiet location which is what we needed. Lots of space in the enclosed garden for the dogs to run around in. Clean and tidy and very pleasant stay

Great location, lovely cottage with big garden and lots of parking space. Close to some fantastic seaside towns such as Sutton on sea, Mablethorpe and many others.
