Kite 1 is perfectly located for exploring the ’Mid Wales Marches’ with its castles, country houses and garden attractions.. 2 steps to entrance.

Bathroom: Bath With Shower Over, Heated Towel Rail, Toilet. Electric central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Cot. Utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer (shared with other properties on-site). Games room with Wi-Fi, games console and TV (shared with other properties on-site).. Large enclosed garden. 3-acre natural grounds with woodlands, sitting-out area, garden furniture, children’s play area and BBQ (shared with other properties on-site). Tennis court (shared). Fishing on-site (licence required). Indoor heated swimming pool (shared with other properties on-site). Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking. Please note: The property has a natural water supply from a spring. There is a lake in the grounds, 100 yards away.. Set in a secluded valley 8 miles from the market town of Builth Wells, surrounded by countryside, woodlands and a fishing lake. If you fancy some quiet time then head to the lake where there is fly and coarse fishing (catch and throw back) or simply wander through the countryside and watch the plentiful wildlife in their daily habitat.
