The living room is a lovely bright sunny room overlooking the beck, with ample comfortable seating. A wood burner entices you to spend evenings in front of it whatever the weather! The dining room is furnished with a magnificent mahogany table, antique pieces and a bookcase containing all your holiday reading. Also on the ground floor is a cupboard containing toys, jigsaws etc.

Two minutes walk down the road is a pub serving delicious food, and it also has a tea room and art gallery. The market towns of Penrith and Keswick are a 20-minute drive, providing excellent shopping facilities, pubs and restaurants. Also nearby you will find Rheged - an award-winning visitor attraction. Shop and restaurant 4 miles, pub 100 yards.
