Shower Room: Cubicle Shower, Heated Towel Rail, Toilet. Gas central heating (underfloor in shower room), electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Travel cot, highchair and stairgate available on request. Small screened patio with garden furniture. Private parking for 1 car. No smoking. Please note: Couples and family bookings only.. This beautifully presented, semi-detached cottage, sits just a short stroll away from the sandy beach at Instow and its many highly acclaimed restaurants and bars. With its long promenade and sand dunes, Instow offers something for everyone. The area is a must for watersports, sailing enthusiasts and fishermen, whilst walkers and cyclists can enjoy the famous Tarka Trail, which passes through the village. Dining out is a real treat as Instow has an excellent selection of restaurants and cafés, many overlooking the estuary with views towards Lundy Island.

You can take the ferry from Instow to Appledore on the opposite side of the estuary, where young and old will enjoy crabbing off the quay. The wide golden sandy beaches of Northam Burrows and Westward Ho! are popular with surfers, and are just 4 miles away. Bideford, only 2 miles away, and the RHS Rosemore, 10 miles, offers a plethora of amenities and boat trips to Lundy Island. Golf, fishing and horse riding are available locally, or for family fun The Ultimate Adventure, The Big Sheep and The Milky Way Adventure parks are close by. Beach 500 yards. Shop, pub and restaurant 350 yards.
