Bedroom 1: Double (4ft 6in) Bed
Bedroom 2: 2 x Single (3ft) Beds. Electric heaters, electricity, bed linen and towels included. Initial logs for wood burner included (14th October-31st March). Lawned garden with sitting-out area and garden furniture. Private parking for 1 car. No smoking. Please note: There are 6 steps and a slope in the garden.. Within 3 miles from the sandy beaches and seaside town of Sheringham, tucked away on a quiet lane with its own garden and countryside views to the rear. This traditional, brick and flint, end of terrace holiday cottage offers a perfect retreat at any time of year and boasts a woodburner in the living room for cosy nights in. There is excellent walking and a national cycle route direct from the door. Sheringham has a sandy beach, cafes, shops, restaurants, a cliff-top golf course, a leisure pool and is home to the Poppy Line steam railway. Sheringham Park, Felbrigg and Blickling National Trust properties are within easy reach. RSPB nature and bird reserves can be found at Salthouse, Cley and Blakeney Quay, a 30-minute drive. The bustling, Georgian town of Holt is 10 miles, whilst the seaside town of Cromer, with its pier, promenade, beach, shops and restaurants, is a 10-minute drive. Norwich, 20 miles, has excellent shopping, a theatre and a castle museum. Excellent sandy beaches can be found at Wells-next-the-Sea and Holkham, 17 miles. Beach 3 miles. Shop and restaurant 3 miles, pub 2 miles.

Excellent property.Lovely and clean and everything one could need.Excellent linen on beds. We both found step down from lounge into dining room quite a problem.Perhaps a small rail on the wall would help with stepping down into dining room.Thank you.PM.Toner.

Lovely small cottage suiting anyone liking quiet and rural. As it is small it would be a little crowded were four to stay. Well equipped.

Lovely location, owner helpful, clean , warm , comfortable.Low lintel over door to living room could bang your head if not careful, no WiFi signal generally, could get connection at kitchen window an upstairs second bedroom, otherwise lovely stay.

Cottage is bit off beaten track with no WiFi (which we knew) but virtually no phone signal either (not in owners control!) just something to be aware of. Good location to access north Norfolk area and a nice 3 mile walk though fields and forest to Sheringham. Very well equipped kitchen and good shower room.
