Enter via the driveway from Station Road to the allocated parking place. Kitchen area: with large, central island, electric hob and electric double wall oven, built in fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and microwave, the kitchen also benefits from a full width glazed high level roof light, flooding the kitchen with light. Door leading to: Cloakroom: with WC and washbasin. Staircase leading up to landing with doors to: Twin Bedroom: with two 3ft, single beds, hanging rail and bedside table with lamp. Double Bedroom: with King sized double bed, bedside tables with lamps, TV, wardrobe and door to small south facing balcony with table and two chairs. Family bathroom: shower over bath, heated towel rail, WC and wash basin.
Outside: The outdoor space offers a wonderful place to relax, with a privacy retractable privacy screen and air source heat pump. Please note: Shared driveway to property parking space is approx. 7ft wide and located beside Dawn Fresh greengrocers and maybe tight for large vehicles. Allocated off‑road parking space, making arrivals and departures stress‑free. WiFi.
Please note: Bed linen and towels included. Heating is provided by an air source heat pump serving an underfloor heating system (radiators to the first floor). Location: beach 5 minute walk.
