About this house rental
If you're looking for the perfect family/friends vacation, then the Sand Castle Villa is for you. It is a private single family home, so the grounds are share with No One. This Spanish style home can comfortably accommodate 6-9 guests. Take a dip in the large recreational swimming pool, barbecue in our outdoor pool side kitchen/gazebo, catch the sunset on the roof deck, or take a short walk to Corcega (Rincon's swimming beach) less than 200 yards away. The Sand Castle Villa is conveniently located near all; supermarkets, banks, restaurants, liquor store, pharmacy, video store, surfing beaches and nightlife. Also available nearby is a running track, gym, horseback riding, bike & surf board rentals, jet ski & banana boat rides, scuba diving, snorkeling, and charter boats for fishing. All you need to bring is your bathing suit and flip flops and enjoy the laid back Surfing town of Rincon, Puerto Rico.
FYI; The house is fully equipped with all bedding, bath and pool towels and all kitchen needs but the food. Please be advised that we do not supply any additional toiletries or household supplies such as garbage bags, charcoal for grill, or laundry detergent. We do provide 2 rolls of toilet paper for each bathroom and a roll of paper towels for kitchen, dishwashing liquid and a few garbage bags and dishwasher detergent. Please if anything was left over from previous guest or cleaning crew feel free to use during your stay.

Fantastic house for a family vacation! The pool was a perfect addition for the kids, and having the beach so close was incredible. House is in great condition and had everything we needed. Plus, the hosts are super responsive and helpful! I would definitely recommend this rental and will likely be returning!

Two families visited with children ages 9, 8, 7 & 2 - we had a BLAST! Wonderful home with a great layout and a very short walk to the beach (sunsets are captivating!) and restaurants also a short walk at the top of the street (Rincon Boricua!). Close to two grocery stores (Econo and Edward's) and other conveniences. The indoor kitchen is easy to cook in and we also enjoyed the outdoor grill (charcoal) for meals. We walked into town for the Art Walk in downtown Rincon on Thursday night. Host was very responsive and the neighbors were friendly and helpful. We can't wait to return! Mil gracias!

Incredible spring break house for two families with 4 kids between the ages of 2 and 8. We loved the outdoor pool and patio setup, which we used every day multiple times a day. And the beach is a short 1 min walk down the road. We loved it, and would come back again in a heart beat.

What a house! Everything was exactly as listed. Balcony’s on each level for morning coffee or afternoon cocktails. We loved the pool and outdoor seating. Did not use the grill but did cook a few meals inside. All necessary pots, pans, etc were available. Ice maker was used heavily and it kept up. Beds were so comfortable, slept like a baby every night. We had a group of 7 and felt like this was the perfect house for us. Local highlights included the bakery and chicken grill food truck. Grocery store and bakery were visited daily. Very walkable. Beach is a few houses away and although the waves were pretty rough we could go for sunset. We loved loved this house.
