Beachfront, calm waters out back, high ceilings, and walking distance to Rincon's top restaurants along with beach bar fave, Villa Cofresi. Located several blocks off the main road and facing west, enjoy complete tranquility, light winds at your back, and the absolute best sunsets in all of Puerto Rico. Nice Beachfront. The showers drip constantly. The toilets are leaking. We enjoyed the huge kitchen. We did not use the dishwasher, it has standing water in it. We all noticed a few things that needed attention, if no one has noticed. Neighbor was very friendly. I would enjoy the time there again. Thank you

The view was amazing The inside was remarkable. It was quiet. The neighbors were wonderful. Everybody was very humble.

The generator backup was a life saver. I wish the property manager was more responsive however. Only complaint is we had large dogs next store that barked every morning every night night every day
