About this house rental
Enchanting 1930's Delray cottage with all the modern conveniences and the perfect beach vibe. Loaded with Coastal Living charm, this 3 bedroom and 2 bath cottage is just 4 houses from the ocean and one short block to trendy and happening Atlantic Avenue's shops and restaurants. The private backyard features a heated pool, BBQ area, sun loungers and umbrella. The main living area has an open floor plan so that the entire family can spread out and relax. 3 bedrooms with room for 7 guests in 2 kings, 1 queens and 1 twin, all with high end mattresses and 100% cotton bedding. (Both king bedrooms have flatscreen tv's) Eat-in kitchen is fully stocked and features stainless steel appliances and access to the BBQ and Pool area. Cottage is outfitted with everything you'll need for a relaxing day on the beach including beach towels, chairs, buggy and umbrella. You can't help but relax on the original "Lemonade Porch", perfect for that morning coffee or drinks and people watching. Literally around the corner from the super-luxurious Seagate Hotel and Spa and the beachfront Opal Grand. Cottage exudes the charm of coastal living. Renovated kitchen and baths with resort style pool. SipSip Cottage is what a beach cottage should be, peaceful, charming and relaxing. If it's location you desire, look no further. PLEASE NOTE: We do not rent for less than 30 days during January, Feb and March and do not split months (rentals must start on 1st and end on the last day of the month). Christmas & New Years available as weekly rentals starting and ending on Saturday. Also, we have had construction on Miramar Drive for the past 4 years- please contact owner with questions or update on building status.

This property is the ULTIMATE place to stay if you're looking for both a relaxing and fun Florida getaway. The location is unreal! With the ocean a 1 minute walk away, and dozens of amazing restaurants/bars within walking distance, you couldn't ask for more! The property itself is stunning. It's by far the cleanest place I've ever stayed. The pool was really nice for a dip at any point in the day and the porch served as a great place to cool off and sip some coffee. The kitchen is gorgeous and had plenty of space for when my family and I wanted to chef up some yummy food, we had a great taco Tuesday. The check in process and the host was outstanding, the most seamless, process i've ever been through. And the host is absolutely incredible, she responded quickly and answered any questions we had. I am seriously impressed with this property and can't wait until my family and I stay there again. Thank you for creating such an incredible place to stay while on vacation.

The experience of staying here begins as soon as you pull into the driveway. This is the second time my family has stayed here, and it was just as perfect as the first. We spent every morning sitting on the front porch eating breakfast and enjoying the weather. The convenience of being able to get from the privacy of the pool to the beach in just a couple minutes serves as the perfect contrast. As if the location couldn’t get any better, we made sure to take advantage of the luxury of being so close yet perfectly distanced from the buzz of Atlantic Ave. Not to mention, Kate is one of the nicest, most hospitable people you will ever meet. Her willingness to ensure the comfortability of her guests is excellent. Everything you could possibly want during a family vacation—Sip Sip has it.
