Fully furnished, warm and cozy, non-smoking, dog friendly (pet fee required), 1700 sq ft pool home located in a family neighborhood loaded with beautiful shade trees. This 3 bed/2 bath house sleeps 8 comfortably with a king size in the master, queen size guest, and 4 single bunk beds in the 3rd bedroom. Each bedroom, where you will always find fresh, clean linens upon your arrival, has it's own TV and shutters for privacy. WiFi is accessible throughout the house. The master bath has a double vanity and walk in shower, while the guest bath has a single vanity with a shower bath combo. Bathrooms are kept clean for every guest to enjoy. Spending time together won't be a problem in the spacious great room combined with dining area, adjacent to the kitchen fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and quartz counter tops. The perfect place to enjoy a meal, play some board games, or just relax and watch the 62" TV provided for the living room. French doors lead out to the inviting back patio overlooking the pool with a white light strung pergola. Grill out while enjoying the fire pit in the lush backyard that provides landscaping for complete privacy from the neighbors. Full size washer and dryer are available in the indoor laundry room that leads out to the two car garage. Port Orange provides easy access to Daytona Speedway, white sandy beaches, New Smyrna Beach eclectic shopping, and Orlando attractions. Within minutes from the house is Publix Grocery Store, Walmart, Target, Chipotle, Chik-fil-a, Regal Movie Theater, and other delicious dining. Just over the bridge you will find seafood dining on the water at Deck Down Under, Down the Hatch, Inlet Harbor, or Hidden Treasure. The listing represented the home perfectly. The house was clean, very well stocked and looked beautiful. The pool and surrounding patio was clean and in working order. Good location in a quiet neighborhood with plenty of dining/ shopping options nearby. It was a very comfortable stay with plenty of space for my family.

Our third year coming here and it only gets better. The renovations were very well done and make both the inside and outside extra appealing. The backyard is private and peaceful and the pool clean and inviting. The house is close to everything you could want and the neighbourhood is safe and quiet. We will definitely be back for a fourth visit!

We have enjoyed this property a number of times over the years and it never disappoints . The property has always been well maintained and appointed . This past year the owners have completed a complete renovation inside and out . Upon arrival it was apparent that they put considerable thought and investment into the many upgrades throughout the property. Alan and Michele are extremely responsive and place a high value on the upkeep of the property and meeting the needs of their guests.
