If you are traveling with a pet, we must know prior to your arrival. (20 lb weight limit at Shores Club) There is a $100 non refundable pet fee, plus you must sign a pet addendum.
Gorgeous DIRECT OCEANFRONT 3 BR/3BA northeast corner end unit on the 9th floor boasts breathtaking unobstructed views of the pristine NO DRIVE beach. See amazing sunrises from the expansive windows in the living room and master bedroom. Relax and enjoy the ocean breeze on the large balcony. This spacious unit is beautifully decorated with professionally adorned decor. The open floor plan provides a great venue for entertaining. The kitchen is fully furnished with range, refrigerator with icemaker, microwave, toaster oven, dishwasher, coffee maker and keurig, blender, cookware and dishware. The split bedroom design in this 3BR/3BA offers privacy to each guest suite. The primary bedroom has a king bed set and the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms have two queen beds in each room. Unit sleeps 8. There are flat screen tvs in the living room and each bedroom. Laundry room with full size washer and dryer are located inside unit. The no drive beach provides endless hours of sun and fun. Unit is assigned one upper level parking place. Unit has cable, internet and phone. No Smoking.

This popular family friendly oceanfront building is conveniently located approximately 1 mile south of the Port Orange bridge on the traffic free beach in beautiful Daytona Beach Shores. Amenities include spacious oceanfront balconies, heated oceanfront pool, BBQ grills, sauna, fitness center, tennis/pickleball court, shuffleboard, basketball court, card room, library and club room. Shores club is pet friendly and a weekly minimum rental building. Booking will be confirmed within 24 hours of booking date or next business day by the owner's property management company.

One of multiple units we rented for a family vacation. Nicely furnished and stocked. Check in was easy. Property management was friendly and helpful

The property was amazing. Great ocean view, parking and amenities were all great. Other guest and tenants we met were all friendly and we would stay again. With a better cleaning process this place would get a 5 star rating.
