This stunning south side condo is located on a hillside overlooking the bay and downtown area of Puerto Vallarta. It has some of the most glorious views in the world, along with unforgettable sunsets, each more lovely than the last.
Shopping and beaches are only a short walk away . Some of Vallarta's finest restaurants such as La Palapa, Vista Grill, El Dorado, and DiVinos tapas restaurant over the famous
Dante's Art Gallery, are a 5 to 15 minute walk from the condo.
Even though we are close to almost "EVERYTHING" we're also a place for those who want to get away from the "hotel Zone" kind of vacation. Located in a mixed Mexican/non Mexican neighborhood where traditional families live their day to day lives; it's the "real" Mexico. Often you will hear children playing in the street below. You may even hear roosters crowing in the distance.
About half of the condos are owner occupied most of the year. You'll find these owners usually happy to answer questions and help with directions. For your security we have a keyed entry and elevator service starting on the first floor.
Condo 3A has 2 bedrooms with a/c and two full baths. The master bathroom has a jetted tub and a separate walk-in shower as well as a private toilet and bidet area. Both of the bedrooms open onto large patios; the main patio has a large gas grill and a private plunge pool. A great place for cooling down after a long walk on the beach!
The condo's "open living" area has a spacious lounge area with 2 large sofas and a lounge chair. A stunning marble table that will seat 8 guests is really the STAR in this lovely dinning area. A beautiful and fully equipped custom designed kitchen has everything you need to create the perfect tropical lunch or dinner. Plus there's a private laundry with new front loading washer and dryer.
The palm trees dancing in the breeze, the sunsets that you'll never forget, and the fabulous ocean views are all there. We're only missing YOU.

Was in the heart of puerto Vallarta. Locals celebrating Xmas was lovely to see
Condo was lovely. Pool was great. Beds we're comfortable
Only downside was the tub in the master wouldn't stay plugged . Also the barn door's separating the toilets from the rest of the bathroom were sooooo loud and annoying. But besides those 2 things everything was amazing

Terrific location, lovely deck, spacious condo, private plunge pool, and beautiful style. I can’t say enough about the great owners Doris and Jim, and the friendly and helpful on-site manager Jose. Our family loved this place! Thanks Jim and Doris!

This property was much more than we expected. The pictures don't really do it justice! It was absolutely beautiful. The open air design with a beautiful relaxing pool right there on the balcony overlooking the neighborhood and beautiful views of the bay. All the tenants and management were always friendly and helpful. This condo gets you out of the tourist traffic yet still only a 10-15 minute walk right into the heart of old town. The dining and entertainment in this part of PV will not disappoint. You'll experience first hand community of the locals. I would recommend this place to my friends and family and would not hesitate to return!
