Our property includes 2 bedrooms (sleeps 5 adults) plus an over sized day bed in the living room (sleeps 6). There is a large deck with plenty of outdoor seating, grill and private outdoor shower. Upon request the second bedroom will be converted into a king size bed (see photos) The great room is perfect for dining and entertaining. This beach home is meticulously clean and fully stocked. There are very few rentals in the area that will live up to your expectations. This one will!
The kitchen is completely renovated and includes a brand new subzero refrigerator, top of the line new stainless steel appliances including a hot water tap pot filler over the stove. Fully stocked with plenty of plates, cups, cutlery and cooking utensils and accessories. The bedrooms were also renovated and include new beds, pillows, linens, bath and beach towels.

Go fishing, walk the beach, enjoy a game of tennis, basketball, or participate in an organized weekend baseball game for adults and children of all ages at the Seaview ball field. Sail into the sunset, rent a kayak or paddle board. Relax on the beach or the deck with a cool beverage in hand.
There is a 2nd home on the property that is owner occupied. Both homes have their own private entrance ramps. Please inquire with the owner if you have any questions.

Don waited for us with the wagon and golf cart ready to show us where we were going to stay. The property had such pretty landscaping with a peach tree which they said we could pick from if they were ripe! The house was very clean and had many games to choose from. Everything you need to bbq and/or cooking is supplied. There were closets to hang garments and a bureau in each bedroom. The location was great (only one block frm the beach) and not too far from the grocery store. Overall, our stay was fun and relaxing. We would def stay there again!

Our stay at this wonderful home was truly exceptional from the moment we arrived until the time we left. The space was immaculately clean and offered a warm, inviting atmosphere that made us feel right at home. Every comfort was thoughtfully provided for, with the house well-stocked with all the essentials we could possibly need. Don and Jennifer were not only gracious hosts but also incredibly attentive; they were just a text away, there to assist with any request or question we had. We will be returning in the future, without question!

Couldn’t ask for more! Gorgeous beach where we could hang out with our dog…just a very short walk away! Incredible kitchen and deck where we cooked all of our meals. And the secluded landscaped location was just beautiful! Don and Jen were great hosts and very accommodating and accessible. Hope to return!

No words can do it justice. Once you step off the ferry, the place is a few steps away. The place is so close to the beach. There is a beautiful outdoor deck to BBQ, chill and relax. The place is spotless. Beach and wash towels are provided. Walking distance to Cherry Grove and The Sunken Forest. Bikes are provided for those who do not want to walk. The owners were always available for us. They made sure we had everything we needed. Thank you!!!
