The smoke detector in the upstairs bedroom started chirping one night and wouldn't stop, so I uninstalled it and left it on the nightstand. Other than that everything was wonderful!

The house is in a great location with easy access to everything. The house was nicely furnished and the Hot Tub was great as was the wood burning fireplace. Great morning views to the east and very peaceful!

This was our second time staying in this wonderful cabin, and we had the absolute best weekend. Staying here is quickly becoming a favorite family tradition!!

The location and home are lovely but the overall stay was just okay. I did not receive an email with the code for the door to enter. I attempted to contact the host a couple of times before we arrived but eventually had to call VRBO to get it resolved. Upon arrival, the driveway, porch, and fire pit area were covered in leaves. Yes, it’s Fall and leaves will drop but it was not very welcoming or a good first impression. The interior of the home is in need of a “refresh.” The furniture and mattresses have seen better days. Also, it desperately needs a deep clean (cobwebs and dust). The listing states that paper products are included but there was 1/4 of a roll of toilet paper in each bathroom with no extra which required another trip to the store. Lastly, you are instructed to take your garbage to a collection site upon departure but they are not open on Sunday. We ended up placing it in a dumpster at a local business which was very inconvenient and illegal. We did not feel it was worth the overall expense.
