The property was in excellent condition, just like the photos. Love the modern bathrooms in every bedroom, the extremely well stocked kitchen, the balconies with a view of the ocean, the lack of a giant list of rules. There was even a nice selection of books on hand. The personal welcome bag was a lovely touch. Would definitely like to stay here again, depending on the size of our group. It's also so nice that there is a smaller sitting room with a little kitchenette on the 2nd floor, which helped some remote workers in our group get their stuff done in peace. Couldn't ask for a better place.

the location is wonderful and the house is wonderful - the outdoor furniture is dirty and needs to be pressure washed- parts of the interior need to be cleaned and updated - the cleaning service could be better - in june we found a pill on the floor so wasn't vacuumed very well and our sept stay we found random things on the carpet as well - but we will back again next year - thank you

We took a vacation with extended family at 12 Chicago Street - my brother and I with our spouses and young adult children. Grandma was supposed to come to, but was sick and couldn't make it. The house was perfect for a multi-generation group - the elevator was a wonderful amenity! Great way to get supplies up to the kitchen. We were pleasantly surprised to find a new spare refrigerator adjacent to the kitchen - perfect for storing drinks so that we could keep the main fridge for food. Spaces were super comfortable and welcoming. Beds were very comfortable. The only thing that could be improved is a different washing machine - it was one that doesn't have an agitator, and it was very hard to get it to spin the water out of the laundry. Other than that - the location was perfect - we could see the ocean from several balconies, and we spent a lot of time outside - we ate dinner on the back deck almost every night. Thank you so much for sharing your family home with us! If we decide to do this next year, I just hope that Grandma will be able to come!

This house works great for large crowds, however it needs some TLC. We have stayed at the house for 3 years but have been going down to Dewey for many years. The house needs a deep clean, very deep, including the outside shower. It also needs repairs throughout each bedroom and new mattresses. They are all soft and lumpy with a valley in the middle of each of them. Location is great and lots of room, but for the price it needs attention.
