Based on the reviews I was expecting much better. Our biggest concern was the cleanliness. The jacuzzi in the master bedroom had black mold coming out when you ran the jets. The pool deck was disguising with hair and dirt I cleaned it myself. There is black mold on the wall air conditioner unit in the pool area. I'm notifying the board of health concerning those conditions. The hot tub cover needs to be replaced. Also it's hard to get in without stairs. That TV outside does not work. There were cockroaches in the bedroom and bathroom next to the pool area. The only nice thing on that floor was the theater room. Half bath off kitchen the toilet was not cleaned when we arrived. The kitchen needs several items if you want to be able to cook. There were no oven mitts or pot holders and more kitchen towels, . large serving bowls, dish drainer, mixing bowls, and cutting boards are needed. The kitchen floor was dirty. Master bedroom needs king size pillows and towel rod by the jacuzzi tub. The patio table and chairs by the grill needs to be replaced it's falling apart. The tv in the living room will not allow apps to be added to roku so could not add Fox Sports for game Saturday The rugs needed to be vacuumed but I couldn't find one. Didn't want my Grandson on them. We choose this property based on reviews I wouldn't stay here again based on condition and not being maintained over the years. It needs deep cleaning before someone else stays there.

The location is good, a short drive to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. The amenities offered (swimming pool, hot tub, game room, etc.) were great for the kids and teens that were on the trip with us. Overall, it was great, however it is in a neighborhood where houses are pretty close together. The family staying in the house behind us could see us in the hot tub at night.

We had such a wonderful stay at this cabin. It’s exactly like the pictures in the listing. Kids had a fantastic time, adults had a wonderful peaceful time. Location was ideal. We were so busy with other activities that we didn’t get an opportunity to check out the community pool, but the indoor pool (though kids complained that it was too cold sometimes) and the hot tub got quite a bit of use by the kids & teens. Weren’t able to get a connection to watch a movie in the theater room. The cabin was beautiful & had so much to keep everyone happy (which isn’t easy with 10 people).

Nice, clean house with a great neighborhood pool. It’s easy to get to downtown Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, and the park. The biggest downside is that the indoor pool was too cold for the kids to really use, and that was one of the main draws for the children. (Also, we saw a bear every day in the neighborhood, so become familiar with banging pots and pans. The kids were excited about it, but we didn’t let them outside and we drove to the pool.)

Great time staying in the cabin. Loved the game room, theater room ,hot tub, & pool. Pool was very cold so a heater would be helpful. 6 remotes were in the theater room & we couldn't get the theater to work until we called for help. After that, it was wonderful. It would be helpful if remotes were labeled to know which one to use. A sheet with picture directions & steps would also be useful or a small binder with instructions for the guests for the anemities or other important information. Also, if you sleep on the pull out sofa, the sun light/night lights come right in on your face so you are not able to sleep. The pool level door really sticks trying to open or shut the door.

The house was beautiful and clean. The rooms all spacious and nice beds in all the rooms. The pool in the basement was way too cold to swim in but the pool on the mountain was lovely. My only problem was the gas grill was out of gas when we went to make our burgers. I called the office and no one returned my call so after 2 hours we went and paid and filled the tank ourselves. Went to use the grill spatula and it was broken. The flat top griddle Had no drip pan. There was no mixing bowls other than a tiny one which was way two small so the only problem with our stay was the cooking needs and the amount of money we spent to rent for 4 night stay I was disappointed we had to pay to fill the gas tank and only uses the gas grill once.

We have stayed at this cabin previously and always had a great experience. My kids and friends love the media room and pool snd the fun game room. My only suggestion is that the shower head in the master bathroom has weak pressure. It’s hard to rinse the shampoo from your hair with low pressure.

The cabin was very clean and nice. The only few things that bothered me was several things in cabin was broke including the heated pool. The advertising porch pictures was not accurate. It shows wooded areas as your view that was cropped in the pictures. Once you get there you see the back of someone’s cabin. Wasn’t mad but disappointed. The pool heater apparently was broke from past guest and the kids was really upset to not be able to use it because it was so cold. That was one of our main reasons for renting this property. Also other things in cabin was broke like the microwave handle, pool table felt, the bottem of the stove was broke and parts of the floor coming apart and few other things. It is a very nice to place stay and the driving location was awesome. It was clean aswell. I was just disappointed with online pictures being a lie with the view and all the broken stuff inside other then that I would stay again in a different cabin with this company.

I will start by saying that the place was clean and in a nice location. But none of the amenities worked well. First, the “temperature controlled pool” was absolutely freezing. We called that help number provided and the person we spoke to was very dismissive. We later had to call back again and request that something be done about the pool temperature. Apparently there was something wrong with the gas valve, was told compensation will be discussed but have tried to reach out and have heard nothing back. The hot tub did not get hot or hold the temperature. The sauna took over an hour to heat up. When my mom tried to use the bathtub in the master bathroom, black dirt came out of the jets. In addition, one of the bedroom showers upstairs would not get hot, regardless of how long it was ran. Overall, very very disappointed with our stay, the amenities, and the communication from Eden Crest.

I rented this house for my husband to take our 11 yr old son and 16 yr old son and his friends for his 16th birthday trip. They all loved the house and all the amenities that came with it. The house was in great condition when they checked in, everything was in working order. They spent tons of time in the pool, hot tub, sauna and play room. My husband loved relaxing in the sauna and theater room. The only complaint, if you’d even call it that, was he would have liked a bigger tv in the theater room. They all said the beds were comfortable and they slept great. The cabin was in a great location, close enough to all the places they were traveling to for their day time adventures. This house would be great for a multi family trip, girls/boys trip or extended family trip. It has everything you’d need! We would definitely stay here again when we travel to the mountains next time!

The cabin it self was nice we liked the pool and the arcade but the customer service was awful! In the contract is says the we will get the code after 4:00 pm, i waited till 4:45 no codes yet! Called the phone no and waited for almost 15 minutes to talk to someone that gave me the codes. Also 3 days before we go I requested a late check out, no body got back to me!

Amazing house and great location for what we wanted to do! Hike and enjoy nature! Indoor pool was a tremendous hit with grandkids 3-9yo. 4 of them Biggest issue was an extremely frustrating internet. Advertised high speed but majority of time was NO speed. If they are paying for high speed they are being ripped off. Phones computers and especially TV’s as all were internet driven accessible only No cable. Theater room is not much fun when the I can’t watch a show with the grandkids after a long day of hiking pool etc. The property is amazing and very clean. Would recommend but if you need to work via internet bring a hot spot connection with you to eliminate that frustration and everything else is terrific

The cabin was clean, comfortable and beautiful. The staff is friendly and helpful but we didn't need to interact very much because everything was perfect. The location was great. We were a short drive from everything. Everyone in the family enjoyed our time there, especially the Grandkids.

This property was perfect for me and my husbands getaway! It ended up raining a lot so we spent a lot of time in the cabin and was able to take advantage of all the great amenities. It was very spacious and clean. The hot tub and jacuzzi tub were awesome! The pool alarm was tricky at first but was fine after we figured it out. My only complaint was the pool temperature being cooler than what I prefer since it was indoors. But my husband didn’t mind it. The bed was super comfortable and we would definitely stay here again!

Pros: Very clean with lots of space and plenty of bedrooms for a family of 6. Nice location for a family. The nearest grocery store was five minutes away so very convenient to stock up the cabin with food. The kids loved the indoor pool and game room. Cons: The only reason I did not give perfect score for the check-in process was we never got our front door key code texted to us for some reason. However, a quick phone call to the property manager quickly got that resolved. Only one of the four burners of the outdoor gas grill worked which rendered it useless. Check that before you buy meat to grill. The HDMI cable to the Blu-ray player was bad which made the home theater unusable. Unfortunate because it is a great space. Do not expect to be able to stream shows here. The internet is not stable enough here to allow that. Contacted property manager reporting the grill and bad cable. Got an apology but neither issue got fixed for the remainder of our stay. Was hoping for more for what we paid to stay here. Be patient with the pool alarm. While I understand the purpose of the pool alarm, it is very touchy and very annoying and sometimes went off anyway. Sometimes the disarm button on the door alarm worked and sometimes it did not. None of the above cons are a deal breaker. Our kids had a blast. Would stay there again.

The house was all we hoped it would be. However, nothing works. The TVs don’t work, the grill doesn’t work, the toilet at the pool doesn’t flush, and the fireplace doesn’t work. Two phone calls got 2 of the 6 TVs working. No one ever showed up to fix the grill and I never bothered to call about the toilet or the fireplace as we would be gone before anyone would show up to repair. We were all set to enjoy the final round of the Masters after check-in but we had no TV. We were going to grill out after Dollywood but no grill. So go enjoy the wonderful house but be prepared for nothing to work. The staff is courteous but the response time is horrible and there is no follow up.

We stayed here with another family (5 boys ranging in age 7-13). It was fantastic. The boys were never bored and always had something to do. The house was clean and well taken care of. It is very close to other properties so if you are looking for distance from other people, this might not be the place for you. We didn't care so it was perfect for us. Close to downtown Gatlinburg, shopping, etc. We had a great time!

This home was incredible. It was spacious and comfortable. It's as secluded as we normally choose when staying here, but given the time of year we rarely saw anyone else. Easy access to the parkway and Gatlinburg's attractions. There was a problem with the pool, which was quickly addressed. The kids had a great time enjoying all the things to do in the evenings. We definitely will be coming back here in the future.

This property is perfect if you are wanting to get away to relax. My party was able to do just that. There was something for everyone. The adults enjoyed the grill and pool table. While the children enjoyed the theater room and the pool. I would definitely rate this vacation a 9/10. The only reason I took away a point was because we arrived early and could not be accommodated for an early check in even though the cabin was ready. We were still able to enjoy ourselves. I just think that if the cabin was ready there was no reason to wait an additional hour for checkin.

The home is newer and has some great amenities. We loved the pool, sauna, movie room, and games. The location is close to downtown, but the view on all sides is of neighbors- not described in listing and not what you go to the mountains for. Also, we could not use the hot tub,) even though they did come and drain & replace the filter,) because it still smelled like mold. That was super disappointing. The kitchen is fairly stocked but could use a few more staples as we have stayed in a few vaca homes. (*NEEDS A KEURIG:) Even though we didn't need it, we appreciated the alarm on the pool as it is a great safety feature if you have littles. The sheets were questionable, but the management co bought us clean ones pretty quickly. Although they just entered the home, (it was locked,) without us letting them in=NOT COOL. We appreciate reviews and lean on them when selecting a vaca rental, hence all the details:)
