About this house rental
The Tybee Sunset Treehouse offers marsh river views from the back deck and is only blocks from the beach. Walk to the park and library or use our bikes to cruise to the beach and restaurants. Nestled on a quiet street where the neighbors are friendly, adjacent beaches are more private and views are plentiful, you ll be perched amongst the trees in this vacation retreat you've dreamed of.
The perfect family house, there's space for everyone. The property includes the main upstairs house and a downstairs studio apartment. Your reservation includes both spaces. There's WiFi and also includes kid-friendly toys and games.
Upstairs, the master bedroom includes a queen bed and a twin daybed with a twin trundle. The second bedroom includes two twin beds, and the living room has a comfortable springless queen sleeper sofa.
Downstairs, via an outside seperate entrance, the studio apartment has a queen bed as well as an adjoining bathroom and kitchenette. This space serves as an extra bedroom as well as a bonus room.
The back deck is the perfect place for watching the sunset with a cocktail in the evening or enjoying the morning with a cup of coffee. The home is raised so it overlooks the quiet neighborhood via the front deck.
The neighborhood consists of mainly permanent residents and is quiet and friendly. It is great for a scenic bike ride or walk down 6th St. If you're feeling like you're earning your calories, stop in after a quick 15 minute walk to Quarter Bar for some egg rolls, a drink and a pool game. Or take the family on a shopping trip at Waves after a family stroll!

Thai was the perfect house fur our crew! We had 7. We had the best time even with the crappy weather. Location is off the highway which gives you a quiet area to relax and enjoy your stay. Would definitely look at renting it again. Kelly is a great host!

Kelly was a lovely and responsive host. She replied very quickly to any requests. She was open to suggestions. The separate studio apartment was wonderful for a tired grandma after spending hours with her adorable grandson! Would definitely book again!

My husband and two children (ages 3 and 6) stayed at the Tybee Island Tree House the week of Thanksgiving 2020. We had never been to Tybee and I truly had no idea where to stay on the Island. I chose this property based on the great reviews and cute pictures. I was NOT disappointed. The house was precious! It was styled perfectly- the decor was like a Pinterest board of mine came to life! It had everything we needed. Linens were quality and the bedding was just as good if not better than any hotel we could have chosen. We cooked nearly all meals in the house and had everything we needed as far as pots, pans, utensils. We also took advantage of the charcoal grill several times in the mostly fenced in back yard. Although we didn’t use it, the apartment down below was great and well stocked as well and would be perfect for a guest that wanted more privacy from the people staying upstairs. As we came in November, proximity to the beach wasn’t a concern of ours, but the house is only a few blocks from the beach. We were able to drive to the beach in less than two minutes but easily could have walked! There is also a great park (Tybee Island Memorial Park) within walking distance for those visiting with children. We found everything we needed food wise at the town IGA although there are bigger and fancier stores just a short drive away. We day tripped into Savannah which took no time at all (maybe under 20 minutes?!). This was a great house in a great location! Lastly, I’d be remiss if I didn’t mention the great owner Kelly, who has been wonderful to work with and overly accommodating! I left feeling like she was my new friend- truly a gem! Stay here! You won’t regret it!
