About this house rental
9 miles to Snowbird, 10 miles to Alta, 18 miles to Solitude and Brighton. The property is 2,000 sq footage. 4 comfortable beds; 1st bedroom has a king bed, 2nd bedroom has a queen bed, 3rd bedroom has two king beds. Two livingrooms one upstairs and one in the basement. Fully equipt kitchen above and a kitchenette in the basement. Laundry room with washer and dryer. An office down below, makeup vanity/desk table with magnified light. BBQ on upper deck. 30 minutes from Salt Lake City Airport during non rush hour. Free, fast WiFi, Playstation 5, Netflix & Amazon Prime. Large DVD library. 5 min. to a major- Kroger grocery store. Ski N See rental/repairs shop. We disinfect counters, remotes, switches and door handles.

Best VRBO we've ever stayed at - perfect location for skiing, beautiful views, nice house, downstairs "apartment" that my kids absolutely loved . . . and then there were the small things - the discount card to grocery store, the induction cooktop, the grill on the deck. I'd move here if I could!!

not luxury, but quite comfortable; well equipped kitchen (spices, paper goods, little stuff you would rather not have to buy); great location: access to alta, snowbird; close to shopping, restaurants

This “house” was not as advertised. Apparently our stay at Christmas was the first time they rented both upper and lower levels of the house. It is not suitable for two separate renters due to extremely poor insulation and sound carrying. It was if the family with very young children (up at 6am) below was living among us.
The WiFi could not handle streaming two movies (one per renter) concurrently. The driveway is also not wide enough to accommodate two cars. We will not be returning.
