Welcome to Hakuna Matata Vacation Villa !!! You will feel the tranquility stepping into this professionally decorated 5 bedroom, 4 1/2 bath two story villa in the prestigious gated community of Highgate Park off of Legacy Park. The villa is located just 9 miles from Disney and a short drive from downtown Orlando and the Orlando airport. Our villa features an incredible oversized SOUTH facing pool and spa hot tub with gorgeous sunset views. An 55" tv has been added to the outdoor pool deck. Highgate Park boasts a private tennis court, playground for the kids, close shopping, restaurants, and is located ONLY MINUTES TO DISNEY!!!
This villa features three incredible master suites. There are two master queen suites situated on the main floor, one with walkout doors to the pool deck, and each with their own 4 piece bathroom, 32" flat screens T.V's with cable and new top quality mattresses. Excellent for Seniors or those who are unable to do stairs. Also plenty of room for your large party, currently sleeps 14 in beds!
The master suite situated on the second floor features a King sized bed, sitting area, 32" LED flat screen T.V with cable and an oversized 4 piece bathroom, relaxing Roman soaking tub, double vanities, large shower and walk in closet.
There are two more bedrooms on the second floor, each with a twin bed as well as a twin over double bunk beds, and a shared 4 piece bathroom. One of these rooms is Disney-themed for the kids! Finishing off the second story is a cozy sitting area with couch, TV with cable as well as a DVD player.
Back down on the main level you'll find a formal sitting room and dining room with a convenient 2 piece bathroom.
The main family room has a huge H.D flatscreen TV, cable and patio doors that give an incredible view of the oversized private pool and spa. Step out to the patio and you'll find a BBQ for your use. The lanai is equipped with an outdoor ceiling fan to help beat the heat in the all day sun while relaxing in the provided patio furniture. An outside shower is provided to rinse off before relaxing in the pool or spa.
Back inside you'll see the fully equipped kitchen, including a Keurig coffee maker. A breakfast bar that seats three, perfect for conversation while preparing a meal.
Enjoy your meal in the second dining area while looking at the view of the pool area and sunsets.
In the garage you will find a games room with full sized pool table, foosball and an electronic dart board as well as a video game PlayStation console! Laundry is located in the garage closet for your convenience.
There is a highchair, strollers and also a portable play pen for those travelling with your little ones.
Hakuna Matata is also equipped with free high-speed WiFi. This home has everything you could possibly be looking for and more!!! There's no better place to stay during your Orlando trip!

As we have looked into houses in the Orlando area for years, this is one of the rare finds. Not only is the facility incredible, well-maintained, and a slice of paradise, but the ownership brings a level of service that can't be beat! If you wanted to feel like you are a member of the family, then look no further because Mike and his family welcome you to their home with open arms, great communication, and the best care and concern we have ever seen! This house is definitely going to be our destination anytime we plan a trip to the Orlando area! It meets all of our needs by having an amazing pool, comfortable bedrooms, and plenty of room to relax and lounge. As our one friend said: "With a place like this, who needs those theme parks?" Thanks Mike and family!!

My family and I stayed here for a quick weekend get away. We loved this property! The driveway is shaded which was a nice bonus during a very hot summer. The house and pool area were clean and well stocked. Our kids loved the pool and my wife and I enjoyed the hot tub and the outdoor tv. The house itself is very spacious and had more than enough room for the four of us and would comfortably fit a much larger family or multiple families! The gameroom was nice and even though it is in the garage it was not uncomfortably hot or stuffy. There is shopping and restaurants within less than 5 min drive. The neighborhood is gated and feels safe, and check in/ out was very easy. The owner was very pleasant and easy to contact. We had a great time and will definitely try to book again in the future.

We had a fantastic time, the house was in a great location. The pool was nice, we had some trouble getting the heat to work, but we were still able to enjoy it!! Lots of room for our whole family to be together and still have our own space!
