The property is exclusively for your enjoyment and ONLY for you and the number of guests booked. Privacy is important. If you plan to have an occasional daytime visitor, discuss this with us before booking. This is not a "hangout" place.

Extended Long Stays have different policies:

- Guests staying longer than 28 nights requires an HVAC filter change once a month.
- Guests staying longer than 28 nightswill have a customized payment schedule.
- Guests staying longer than 28 nights will have a different cancellation policy.
- Guests staying longer than 28 nights will have to submit a refundable security deposit Hold.

We had a great stay at property. Since it was just my husband and I, we had the side apartment which met all our needs. Nice amenities and a big comfortable bed. This was such a quiet relaxing location and we enjoyed walking down to the water and through the beautiful neighborhood. Perfect location to everything we wanted to do.

Laurie and George were amazing! From the beginning to checking out, they stayed in constant communication. When an issue arouse from my own doing, they were prompt and made sure we were comfortable and thorough with helping fix it. The area was nice, MT Pleasant is such a cute place and had amazing food! Would highly recommend staying here or any other place they rent!

Virtually everything we needed was available. Beds are extremely comfortable, spacious, well-stocked kitchen, everything was clean and extremely well maintained. The location made it easy to get to our destinations. The wrap around porch was a favorite hangout with plenty of seating and a beautiful back yard view. Clear and concise communication with owners set our expectations and it did not disappoint

I will say I knew that the owners lived over the garage and had no issue with that. We were told by one owner to park on the circle drive and also in the gravel portion. We were scolded for parking over on the gravel a day later. One of my guests had an unlucky accident on Friday night which included an ambulance and fire truck being called and the husband knocked on the door angrily the next morning. Only two of my guests knew what happened but he threatened to kick us all out and never once asked if they were ok. She almost drowned. My husband spoke to him and the husband owner left without kicking us out.
We went to run errands on upon our return we saw the wife and the husband back at the front door. The wife was very angry made our guests feel very uncomfortable. She was not allowing them to speak and share about the events that had occurred the evening before. They were saying that the two guests had been trespassing on private property. My guest who almost drowned showed both where everything happened and turns out it was not private property. I would never stay at a home again where the owners live on the property.
