Villa Rapanui - breathtaking intersecting canal view sunsets, in the heart of Cape!

We enjoyed our stay and used the pool and spa a lot. The outside space is excellent, the pool and spa heating is easy to use and efficient. We saw manatees in the canal out the back of the house and enjoyed superb sunsets from the westerly setting.The house is just off Del Prado making it very easy to access all the shops and restaurants around Cape Coral and Fort Myers.

We stayed for 5 weeks and the house was perfect for our needs. The managers were very helpful with answering our questions and anything that came up. Great location on the canal with beautiful sunset views. Nice neighborhood for walking and close to everything. The pool and jacuzzi were clean and well kept. We found the beds and lounge chairs to be very comfortable. Hope we will be able to come back again!

Would be a great friends get together house with the amenities.

Stayed here 2 weeks on vacation. Pros: They allowed early check in, the backyard/pool and covered patio was the best thing about the house.Cons: Upon arrival I had to clean the refrigerator, microwave and counters (it appeared that sugar or something had spilled on the counters and hardened - we later found a torn bag of sugar in the cabinet). One of the toilets was dirty and the floors were not super clean. We did share this with the property manager when we had a "check in appointment" the day after we arrived. Overall, it was fine, but the house is super outdated and just has a dirty feeling to it. The walls, baseboards and moldings around the doors are scuffed and dirty and there's lots of nail holes in the walls and the 2 leather recliners need wiping down - visible dirt on them. The master bed didn't have a king duvet cover on it, but had 2 single duvet's with thin coverlets inside and they were on the bed overlapped- weird. Why not just get a king duvet and insert? Anyway, it's fine if maybe you're a group of guys that don't care about those little details, but I do.
