On land, the home is within close proximity to nature parks like Four Mile Eco Trail, Yacht Club Beach, and popular downtown restaurants and nightlife. It is also a short drive over the bridge into Fort Myers.
Sleeping Arrangements
- Master Bedroom: King bed, streaming TV, lanai access. En-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and dual vanities.
- Bedroom 2: King bed.
- Bedroom 3: Twin-over-queen bunk bed.

- Pet-friendly! One small dog is permitted, with a pet cleaning fee due at booking.
- Initial supply of consumables (toilet paper, paper towels, soap, garbage bags, etc.) is provided for 3–5 days.
- Guests are responsible for propane refills if needed. There is a propane tank at the home, but the level of gas is not monitored by the property manager.
- A prepaid electric charge is included in the reservation.
