We rented in late October 2025. The cabin was close to neighbors but they were quiet. Hot tub hot and clean upon arrival. The hardwood floors did not have carpets so slippery and cold. There is only one leather loveseat and chair - not enough for a larger party. The spiral staircase is not conducive to senior citizens, small children or pets. Master bedroom comfortable but found cobwebs behind bed. Bathrooms have wonderful water pressure and hot water but no place to put stuff. Very nice bathroom amenities (love Soapbox!). No kindling or firestarter provided for fireplace. Lots of debris on roof and windows-need pressure washing. Deck needs refinishing. Back doors stick/hard to open. Kitchen well stocked but 2 burners did not work. Customer should not be expected to take garbage cans up to be picked up on Wednesdays. I did not like that they asked for beds to be stripped and dishwasher loaded for the nightly price I paid. Quiet relaxing cabin but improvements need to be made for the price.

This property was better than expected, we stayed 3 nights, next time we will stay longer. Positive’s are location and deck right on the river. Our Lab stayed playing in the river for hours. Property was well equipped for what we needed wife tends to over pack. Negative is the hot water heater was a little efficient if had a five or six people waiting to take showers. Got in after wife and lost hot water within a minute. Other than this truly a wonderful experience for the four of us, wife, 9 yr old granddaughter dog and myself..9.7 out of 10 for us..

This cabin was nice but most definitely not as private as the description entails. Neighbors are very close and can see you from their home windows if you’re in the hottub. The pots and pans in the home are unusable. One pot was so dirty it had black mold growing on it, I reached out to the vacasa number and they didn’t seem to care. Among that, the dishes were dirty as well. I notified the cleaner who pulled up as we left and she was also shocked and disgusted. She said she hadn’t cleaned the home since December so whoever cleaned it prior didn’t do a great job. We stayed on a Wednesday and had to put the garbages out (4 overflowing cans from previous tenants).. In all, I don’t think the price on this property is worth the stay, especially with the nasty kitchen. If you’re looking for a private getaway, this isn’t the place.
