Perugia hosts a series of international events, among which the two most important are the Umbria Jazz Festival in the first half of July (2 weeks) and Eurochocolate (9 days) in mid-October, where the whole city turns into a huge party .

For art lovers, there is the famous Festival dei Due Mondi di Spoleto, which usually takes place from the end of June to the beginning of July and offers classical music, theater performances, poetry readings, modern art exhibitions and more yet.

The house is located in the center of Umbria, an ideal starting point for day trips in the hills or visits to cities such as Perugia, Assisi, Orvieto, Spello, Spoleto, Todi, Trevi and Lake Trasimeno with its two idyllic islands.

A short distance from the border with Tuscany and places like Cortona, Montepulciano and Arezzo (with its famous antiques market) just an hour's drive, immersed in breathtaking views.
