About this house rental
Wonderful tri-level 4 bedroom, 2 bath home in Knights Hill Association. 3 minute walk to Moose Pond, 3 minute drive to Shawnee Peak. Association beach, dock (for fishing), pools (kiddie & adult), tennis, basketball, volleyball, playground. Very family friendly home with a game room that includes pool table, foosball, and air hockey. Outside - firepit with eight chairs, hammock, charcoal grill, small propane grill (Weber Q)
Enjoy wonderful Bridgton which was named 'the best kept secret in Maine' in Down East Magazine.
North Conway, NH - 25 minutes (Outlet shopping, Mt. Washington, Story Land, Saco River tubing)
Ski Areas:
Pleasant Mountain - 3 Minutes - Day and Night skiing
Cranmore Mountain - 30 Minutes - Skiing and Tubing
Attitash Mountain - 45 Minutes
Black Mountain - 45 Minutes
Sunday River Resort - 50 Minutes
Notes: I usually only rent to people who I have spoken with on the phone to verify their information and answer any questions you may have. Most summer rentals are weekly only. Renter must sign a rental contract to complete their reservation.
House Cleaning $175 per stay.
Renters are required to bring their own linens - sheets, bath, and kitchen towels. Comforters, blankets, pillows are provided.
Video surveillance monitors the outside of this property at all times.

Lots of room and different areas to hang out. Good beds. We were 8 people, 6 adults & 2 children 3 & 7. Space worked well for us. Fully equipped kitchen was great.
The lake is down the road and is stunning. Knights Hill Association keeps it up, lots of rules but its necessary.

The house was very clean, spacious and conveniently located. The boys loved the game room! And we all loved having our meals in the beautiful sunroom!
We enjoyed swimming at both the pond and the pool as well as exploring the Lake Region and the White Mountains: Bridgton, Naples, Sebago Lake, Mount Washington, Echo Lake, North Conway etc

This is a nice large spacious house. Plenty of room for everyone. The downstairs bathroom is huge, but the upstairs one is quite small. The yard is beautiful and the association docks are well maintained and so peaceful. Such beautiful views. The association pool was decent size, but frigid. Could not really enjoy it as much as we would have liked to.
