About this house rental
Welcome to UPTA CAMP! Located in Knights Hill, this spacious four-bedroom home is less than 5 minutes from Pleasant Mountain and offers plenty of room for families and groups.
The main level features beautiful pine floors and a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar that opens to the dining room and two comfortable living spaces. The main living room has a cozy gas fireplace and sectional, while the second living room is perfect for games, reading or watching TV. A half bath with laundry is also located on the main level.
Upstairs, you’ll find four bedrooms, including two king bedrooms and two queen bedrooms, plus a daybed in the hallway for additional sleeping space. Two full bathrooms make it easy for larger groups to get ready.
Outside, enjoy the deck and large yard at the end of the road—perfect for relaxing, grilling or letting the kids play. The basement provides convenient storage for outdoor gear.
🍂 Fall is a beautiful time to visit! Take in the foliage, explore nearby trails and enjoy weekend chairlift rides at Pleasant Mountain, less than 5 minutes away. Check their website for current dates, times and details. Downtown Bridgton is just 10 minutes away for dining, shopping and local events, while North Conway is 30 minutes away.
Planning a winter getaway? Enjoy skiing and snowboarding at Pleasant Mountain, then return to UPTA CAMP to relax by the fire and unwind.
For summer stays, guests can enjoy the Knights Hill Association pool and beach. Moose Pond is nearby for boating and fishing, with the Saco River also offering canoeing and tubing adventures.
Guests have access to the entire home except the attic and locked owner’s closet. I’m available anytime during your stay if you need assistance.
Knights Hill Association Guest Passes: Two yellow laminated guest passes are provided. Please leave both passes in the envelope in the guest folder on the counter at checkout. Lost or stolen passes are subject to a $25 fee each. Passes are required when using the association pool or beach.

This is a private home. Guests are expected to treat it with care and respect. Any damage, missing items, or excessive cleaning beyond normal turnover will be documented and submitted through Airbnb’s Resolution Center in accordance with Airbnb policies and AirCover for Hosts.

Knights Hill Association (KHA) Guest Passes: Please ensure the two (2) yellow passes (laminated cards) are left in the envelope found in the guest folder on the counter prior to check-out. If loss of stolen a $25 each fee will be applied.
