The Association of Apartment Owners of the Waikiki Banyan will be renovating the recreation deck from April 7, 2025 through June 30, 2026. The entire recreation deck will be inaccessible, including the swimming pool, hot tubs, playground, and barbecue grills.
Work hours will be restricted to 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. Noise is expected. We apologize for the inconvenience and will make every effort to ensure that your stay is as comfortable as possible.

Overall really nice place. Very clean and the view is pretty awesome even though diamond head is slightly hidden. Would recommend this place.

Location was great, only about 3 blocks from the ocean. Condo nicely remodeled, with balcony, having my morning coffee, and cool evenings enjoying our ice cream, and banana spilt, as well as pineapple smoothie. Very clean surroundings inside and outside. Would definitely come back.

This condo was perfect for our 1 week stay in Oahu. It was clean, comfortable and in a great location. I highly recommend it!

I used to rent condos on different islands. This property was wonderful , but cleaning company expect me go to the second day and buy toilet paper, kitchen paper towels and tissue.. everything was left for 1-2 days , even I rented for 15 days. It was very much unusual . Looked very cheap for the asking price...Stove and fridge must be changed soon( I mean very soon). Everything the above could not destroy our relax in this beautiful condo. Yes, Parking pass is a good treat!!! Thanks for everything.Loved !!!!
