Great views, comfortable space, beautiful hotel, easy access to laundry room as it sits right next to the unit. Quiet space and very functional for a couple wanting privacy and a sofa bed for the kiddos. A short walk to great restaurants, Kuhio beach (which is excellent for kids and those not wanting to deal with coral or rip tides). Looking forward to returning.

The room was very clean and comfortable with a beautiful view of the Pacific. everything was very clean and the water pressure in the shower was great. and when I needed help you guys were there texted me right back which was great thank you for the stay,I will see you soon sincerely, Lawrence W Clark, very responsive when I needed you guys. Great place centrally located near so many things in Waikiki. It was great to have free parking, beach chairs umbrella, and ice chest. Beautiful view. Very comfortable for two. They also provided snorkel equipment. Highly recommend and would stay here again. Pool was under construction so that would be even nicer.

I had no drawers in which to put my clothes in. Only the nightstands. And on my side, the drawers do not work. I called to have somebody fix them. They close the doors but they did not work still. My mother got in. She had bugs in her place. She’s 80 years old. It’s hard for her to move around then a fire drill went off in the middle of the night and it was hard for her to move. Addition to that the water went off twice so we couldn’t flush our toilets or take showers goodbye Banyan Hotel. I will never be back
