A Place at the Beach IV, SEAGULL 116, Beachfront. Conveniently located on the1st floor with balcony and easy access to the parking lot

Enjoy the wide variety of on-site amenities including courtyard pool, deck, children's pool, grills and picnic area. Relaxing balcony is off the den and master BR with a wide ocean view. New wall mounted TCL and RCA Smart TVs in both the primary bedroom and den.
Full kitchen and dining area with all amenities including updated kitchen appliances and cookware. The larger bedroom is spacious and has a King bed. The smaller bedroom has a Queen bed and a full size twin roll away. Hallway bath has been updated with new shower, tub, lighting and accessories. New flooring in den and bedrooms and all new doors are just a few of the upgrades. A departure cleaning is included in the total price.
Important: Linen and towel service has been added for the 2022 season. The service will have the beds made and all towels laid out. They will also pick up after departure, just leave the linens on the beds and towels in the hallway bathtub. If you would like to bring yourown please let us know before booking and we can adjust $40 off the price.
The ocean is right down the hallway and there is an outside shower as well as complimentary unassigned parking. The first level is great for children and convenient to pool and grills. It is also popular with parents or grandparents that may have trouble with flights of steps. Chairs, beach boards and beach toys are in the utility closet for everyone to enjoy. Guard gate security and grounds attendee is on duty in the summer months from 11am to 10pm.
25% more pool furniture has been added to the pool deck to accommodate our owners and summer guests. More available beachfront due to the now completed beach renourishment project
Our beach condo is a short walk down the beach to the Apache pier and popular on the beach attractions including Ocean Annies, River City Cafe and the Pier Grill.
Broadway at the Beach and Barefoot Landing attractions are only minutes away. Tanger Outlets and Arcadian Commons (Marshalls, Ross and Wal-Mart shopping only 2 miles away.
Kroger grocery store is only two blocks away.
Our condo is also conveniently located in the Restaurant Row stretch of Myrtle Beach!
NO pets or motorcycles (bikes) allowed per Association guidelines. We also have a NO SMOKING policy including the balcony area. Please honor our request.
Complimentary Wi-Fi, parking and departure cleaning are included in the total price.

We really enjoyed our stay, even though the first half was accompanied by T.S. Debbie. We did have a good view of everything and the host was very accommodating. They allowed us a little more time to enjoy the area before we headed out. We hope to be back.
Property was as listed and the linens were clean. We had an A/C issue that was resolved by the host quickly, and the rest of the place was great!
