I had known about A Place at the Beach IV and have stayed there before, just not in James' unit. It's a great location, great complex.. each unit has a good view because of the layout. Complex is clean and well maintained. James, my host, is excellent to deal with and we we're in frequent communication and I found him easy to deal with and reach quickly. I will be staying here again.

My wife and I had a great time in Myrtle Beach.The condo was as advertised. Check in was very easy and communication with the host was excellent. We would stay here again.

Always a great time at A Place At The Beach IV. We love the condo and all it has to offer. Jim was great to deal with and it was perfect for our family.

Jim was a pleasure to work with. Responded quickly to all inquiries etc. Condo was wonderful. Beautiful view of Ocean and Pool, walk out your door and you’re directly on the beach. Condo was also up to date, good kitchen appliances, nice TVs, nice amenities. Had a great time.
