Come visit our sweet Huckleberry Cottage nestled in the woods on private Old Hatchery Lake, in Union, close to Hood Canal, Lake Cushman and Puget Sound. outside of Shelton, Mason co.
We have a (Dock) with (Canoe), (Row boat), (kayaks)and (Fishing poles) and life jackets (A Washington State fishing licence is required). (Clean water Swimming!!).. Full kitchen, washer Dryer and more... The drinking water is fresh and safe to drink..
There are hiking trails to view the mountain range of the Olympics and Valley of Skokomish River and Indian Reservation. And Hood Canal.. {And close to Lake Cushman,11 miles long!}

We have nearby shopping at Hunter Farms,with fresh sea food, on hwy 106, 1 mile from your cabin. And downtown Shelton. With the best fine dining or casual food restaurants. Walmart Super Store approximately miles away.

Amazing environment! This unique cabin had everything my boys and I needed for a quick, quiet getaway for fishing and spending time together. Water front dock was perfect for the kids to fish off of and they had a blast fishing and actually catching their hearts out. The second level loft beds provided plenty of space fos us all.

Cozy and inviting cabin. Comfortable and quaint. The best part for us was the dock, water, trails, and beach. We spent as much time as we could on the dock or in the water. And of course some late summer huckleberry picking!

What a cute and cozy cabin! Interesting architectural features allow fabulous view of lake. Our 4 year old grandson enjoyed the kids' size Foosball table and board games--his rules--particularly. We had everything we needed in this lovely spot. Could not have been cleaner. Charming.
