We stayed in the apartment over the new year period. It was the perfect location from the village and ski lifts - just a walk or short (free) bus ride.
The check in process was very easy with the apartment next door. When we arrived the property was very clean, modern and to a high standard. The only things we weren't expecting was to buy dish washing liquid, hand soap and bin liners. We spoke to the owner and he said they are normally there so either bring your own or double check before you arrive.
As it is only a studio we didn't have guests over during our stay, however, the walls are quite thin so we could hear other tenants beside and above us throughout the day, but everyone was very respectful at night.
The main feature we loved about this property was the view - it didn't matter what time of the day it was, it was simply stunning and one that we will not forget!!
The owner was very responsive and answered every question we had both before and during our time in Crans. He has some great tips for skiing locations.
