The home was very nice. Lots of amenities available. If you want to just relax there were multiple pools to choose from including the one at the house! Our only big negative was that the pool was not clean, when we called for service on it they came but did not actually vacuum the dirt out. So in our opinion that was never resolved. The dishwasher still had dirty utensils in it and the upstairs main shower didn’t appear to have been cleaned. Nevertheless we had a wonderful time and would still recommend this location.

It was perfect for myself and my three teenage grandchildren. I loved the personal Jimmy Buffett memorabilia in the cottage. The home was well-appointed and comfortable. Sadly we had to be relocated due to an air conditioning issue. The kids were disappointed as they loved their "private" loft area space. But we understand things happen. Hope to visit again.

I wanted to stay at Margaritaville because of the private pool and all the amenities that came with the resort. We chose a 3 bedroom cottage with a private pool and hot tub. From the beginning, we had an issue with being overcharged which was resolved prior to arrival. The unit was clean and as described. However it was barebones as far as cooking utensils. The dryer didn’t work so we were unable to do much of our laundry (towels, mainly). They did bring us extra towels bc of this. The master sink was clogged. Many units have a bbq grill. Ours, unfortunately, did not. Overall, the resort is nice and the cottage is too but could use a little maintenance. I would suggest placing bbq grills at all units. The staff was very nice and accommodating considering our dryer could not be fixed during our stay. I love the ambiance of the resort.

We've been renting cottages at Margaritaville for years. This year we really noticed the north side of the properties needing to be power washed or paint touch up - they look dirty and kind of run down. And the pool/ hot tub tiles really need deep cleaning. This particular property has nice comfortable furnishings, and everything worked properly. However, the linens were horrible. We actually ran to Target and bought sheets and beach towels to use during our stay. The beach towels were so thin and used I am not sure goodwill would accept them as a donation. The pool and hot tub wasn't heated,several calls to VStays management kept arguing that it was on, we needed to "give it time to warm up". When they finally agreed to come they admitted wasn't turned on. So we lost a full day of the pool/hot tub. I believe the issues we encountered were more a fault of the management company rather than the owner?!? Overall the property is ok, but the management needs to upgrade new linens, and work on the appearance of the property. I am hoping they address the wear and tear on these properties or I will have to look for another facility for our future visits.
