Tolle Wohnung, gut ausgestattet, man fühlt sich sofort wohl
Leider sind die Heizkörper bei den derzeitigen Temperaturen nicht ausreichend. Wir hatten alle Heizkörper auf 5 und es wurde nicht wärmer als 19 Grad in der Wohnung. Sicher liegt es auch daran dass nur zwei der zwölf Wohnungen bewohnt waren. Nach Rückmeldung an die Hausverwaltung haben wir umgehend Heizlüfter erhalten. Damit war die Wohnung dann warm zu halten. Ich habe keine Rauchmelder gesehen, aber vielleicht gibt es die auch inzwischen als nicht sichtbar.
